Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit an application or travel with the club. Confirming your date of birth is a condition of registration and we may refuse or close any account where this cannot be relied upon.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false information, impersonating another person or submitting images that are not of you is grounds for immediate refusal, suspension or removal without refund.

Accounts are personal. You may not share, transfer or sell your account, your membership or an invitation issued to you.

Membership is discretionary. We may accept, waitlist, decline, pause, suspend or end any application or membership at any time, with or without giving reasons, provided we do so lawfully and without unlawful discrimination.

Approval of membership never guarantees an invitation to any trip. Groups are curated individually and places are limited. No applicant or member acquires a right to travel, to be invited, or to a particular destination, date or price.

Submitting an application creates no contract for travel and no obligation on either side beyond these terms.

The club organises and curates trips, but the services that make up a trip — flights, transfers, hotels, villas, yachts, restaurants, guides, activities and any other service — are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Those suppliers contract with you or with the club on your behalf and are responsible for the services they deliver, under their own terms and conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Office Company is not liable for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, defect, injury, illness, loss, theft or damage caused by a third-party supplier, by another member, or by any person or circumstance outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or costs arising from missed connections, denied boarding, visa refusal, border decisions, weather, strikes, closures, civil unrest, disease, or any other force majeure event.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud.

Each traveller is responsible for their own travel insurance, and for insurance covering medical care, repatriation, cancellation and personal belongings. We strongly recommend comprehensive cover for every trip.

An invitation is an offer to be considered for a place. Accepting an invitation is a request to join: your place is confirmed only when the organisers mark it as confirmed, and confirmation may depend on group composition, supplier availability and payment.

All prices, inclusions, itineraries, accommodation and activities shown are indicative and may change until a place is confirmed and the arrangements are settled. Currency, taxes, tourist fees and supplier surcharges may vary.

The club currently records payments manually. No card payment is taken through this website and no payment processor is connected. Any payment is arranged directly with the organisers or with the relevant supplier, and receipts are issued outside this platform.

Cancellation, change and refund terms are those of the underlying suppliers, plus any club administration terms notified to you before you commit. A confirmed place that is cancelled late, a no-show, or a departure from a trip in progress may be non-refundable in whole or in part.

Where a trip cannot proceed, we may cancel or reschedule it. Our responsibility in that case is limited to passing on whatever refunds suppliers release to us.

Members are expected to behave lawfully, respectfully and discreetly, to respect the privacy of other members, and to follow local laws and customs at every destination, which may differ significantly from those at home.

Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal drugs, unlawful conduct, recording or photographing other members without their agreement, and sharing members' identities or trip details outside the club are all prohibited.

We may end a membership or remove a traveller from a trip for conduct reasons at any time. Where this happens during a trip, the traveller is responsible for their own onward costs and no refund is due.

Member information, galleries, trip details and itineraries are private and must not be published, forwarded or shared.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant the club permission to store and display them to authorised staff for the purpose of reviewing your application and curating groups. You confirm you have the right to upload each image and that it shows you.

Club names, logos, text, photographs and design on this website belong to the club or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time from your member settings. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
